AlaCena Uchucuta Crema de Rocoto is one of Peru's most delicious sauces. It's made out of mayonnaise, cream, garlic, lime and rocoto peppers. The red pepper sauce can be used on chicken and potaotes or as a dipping sauce for plantains, french fries, calamari or chicharrones.
